Information on users
In order to receive or use services on CRFCA’s alternativevenues.org website you may be asked to submit personal information about yourself by entering your details in the form fields requested. This will include your name, your contact and e-mail address, your telephone number and, details of your proposed event and the preferred dates for it. This will enable us to provide you with the information you need and to process your request. It will also allow us to improve our products and services and, to contact you for market research purposes.

When you supply any personal information to www.alternativevenues.org we have legal obligations towards you in the way we handle that data. We have to collect the information fairly, and to let you know how we will use it and whether we will pass the information on to anyone else. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as you use the service you have requested, and remove it in the event that the purpose has been met. We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Please note that any information you provide to us will only be used within our organisation and will never be supplied to third parties without first obtaining your consent. The only time we may do so is if we are obliged by UK governing law to disclose information to law enforcement agencies as required.
